Our clinics in Swindon and Bristol specialise in injectables, skin rejuvenation, and laser treatments, delivering results that keep clients coming back. We’re growing fast and now looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team, drive performance, and take the brand to the next level. The Role This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. You’ll manage the daily running of both clinics, lead and inspire your team, oversee operations, and work with the Directors to execute the company’s growth strategy. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations across both sites — managing schedules, staff, and stock. Drive sales and performance — monitor KPIs, set targets, and support your team to achieve them. Deliver an outstanding client journey — ensuring every appointment is seamless and memorable. Oversee marketing activity — promotions, events, and social campaigns that grow the business. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training as the team expands. Report regularly to the Directors on financial performance, client feedback, and growth opportunities. About You We’re looking for a confident leader who’s both commercially minded and people-focused. 3+ years’ management experience. Preferably in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare but not essential. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Experience managing staff performance and motivating teams.A data‑driven mindset — comfortable tracking sales and profitability. Excellent communication skills and professional presentation. A passion for client experience and brand excellence. (Experience with clinic software such as Timely or Zenoti is a bonus.)
