A team where everyone makes play happen.Desktop Support Technician - SouthamWe are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at our Southam location.This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote work option; the role requires the candidate to be in the office five days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking as part of the Southam Site IT team, the successful candidate will:Provide excellent customer support to EA staffImage Windows and Mac devicesTroubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesMonitor ServiceNow ticket queue, email and Slack requests, ensuring timely updates and escalationsSupport onboarding and offboarding processesUpdate asset assignments in EA’s tracking systemHelp to support local IT Initiatives and ProjectsHelp move an office location from Southam to Leamington The Ideal candidate would have some of the following skills/experience:A proactive ‘Can-do’ attitudeExperience working in a technology focussed environment supporting Windows and Mac systemsStrong customer support and communication skillsExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesFamiliarity with imaging tools and endpoint management solutions (JAMF, Intune or similar)Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyPrevious games industry experience would be advantageous, but not required.Education & CertificationsCertifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft MD-100/101 (Modern Desktop Administrator), ITIL Foundation, or Apple ACSP are welcome, but not required.About Electronic ArtsWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
