CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER / SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER - HOUSE BUILDING SECTORIs your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.I'm excited to he supporting this fantastic house builder as they grow their technical team.There are 2 roles - 1x Civil Design Engineer and 1x Senior Design EngineerThe purpose of each role is to provide engineering design and technical support for the region.You'll be responsible for preparing site civil designs from viability to final consents, assisting in managing external Engineering consultants and service providers to deliver new sites for the region within both tight time and financial constraints.In these roles you will:Participate in the site evaluation process and provide viable solutions to Engineering problems so the project remains within budget and the construction team can maintain the programmeAssist in running projects from initial site identification or from Planning Approval Stage, you will procure the Engineering package & consents via both inhouse design and consultant co-ordination. Co-ordinate/check and issue information which enables on time site commencement and deliveryYou should have:Minimum HND Civil EngineeringExperience in the residential / house building sector (2 years for Engineer, 5 years for Senior Engineer)My client is happy to consider candidates currently working within civil design consultancy who are looking to move into a developer role.You'd be joining a great team - the business really recognises and values it's employees, providing excellent training / development opportunities to ensure there's an exciting future career path. xpwpeyx Hybrid / flexible working available.**** SPONSORSHIP IS NOT PROVIDED - you must have valid Right to Work in the UK at time of application ***
