You will supervise managers and inform management on progress and performance. A successful Client Implementation Executive must have a broad knowledge of programme management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates. The goal is to ensure every programme will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.Initiate and set goals for programmes according to the strategic objectives of the organizationPlan the programmes from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processesDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasting and resource allocations for the programmeEstablish Project Governance both internally and with the client ensuring all stakeholders are communicated with frequently and appropriatelyDrive the client and internal stakeholders to execute against their tasks and milestones; drive proper governance and programme reportingDevise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvementsSupervise all programme and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problemsDiscover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and peopleApply change, risk and resource management principles when neededEnsure programme activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policiesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersWhat we valueLeadership and ability to bring together teams across different levels and disciplines within the organizationOutstanding presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills across all levels of management.
