These transformation programs are often multi-year and consist of complex business models and flows across front, middle, and back office, and the data that persists across the platform, our clients, and industry partners.What You Will Be Responsible ForRepresenting State Street Alpha and presenting to clients on the testing journey, testing standards, and managing overall expectations at the onset and during the implementationFinancial planning and resource management for the testing team including estimation, budget to actual, and change managementStrategic thought leadership and active engagement in end-to-end implementation delivery modelSenior client and internal stakeholder managementManaging a global testing team of functional and automation testers who design, plan, and execute testing for all in scope workflows, data models/flows, and the overall platform architectureAdoption and continuous improvement of best practices and testing standardsManaging creation and delivery of internal and client facing documents (client proposals, playbooks, test automation, test plans)Leading the planning and execution of all testing activities and providing regular status updates to senior leadersWhat We ValueThe successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and understand global portfolio management and financial servicing; including portfolio construction, trading, compliance, and risk across all major asset classes.
