You will play a pivotal role in operationalizing and executing the vision of the LSI NE Hub. This position focuses on strengthening customer-facing capabilities, futureproofing processes, and embedding an omnichannel approach. The individual will be responsible for building, organizing, and executing hub-wide new employee onboarding and ongoing training programs while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.ResponsibilitiesNew Employee Onboarding & Continued EducationDevelop and deliver exceptional onboarding and ongoing training experiences for all employees.Own and manage all operational aspects of new employee onboarding across functions and the Hub, ensuring a positive first experience.Co-create and maintain up-to-date, compliant onboarding materials.Partner with the Hub Strategic Events Coordinator to manage the yearly onboarding calendar and support key engagements (e.g., January Hub Kick-off, Summer Meeting Series, Hub Leadership Summit).Collaborate with HR, LSI Sales Trainers, and Brand Teams to execute new learner training across all therapy areas.Operational ExcellenceBuild an operational model to optimize support for Nordic affiliates.Provide support to new learners throughout the onboarding process and across training levels.Manage field-facing learning plans within SuccessFactors, ensuring assignments are current.Lead and support additional LSI NE Hub learning initiatives.Develop measurement plans to drive continuous improvement.Oversee the transition from UMU to SuccessFactors across all therapy areas and training platforms.Assist LMI Sales Trainers and Brand Leads with technical project management for new training module development.Stakeholder ManagementEffectively manage internal and external stakeholders, including:Brand teams, DOS, DSM coaching capabilities, and LSI peers.Medical, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure compliance with content and adherence to CIQ standards via the FCAP process.External partners, vendors, and LCCI in India for content creation and workshop design.Key Skills and RequirementsProactive and Solution-Oriented: Anticipates challenges and takes initiative to find effective solutions.Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously with a structured approach.Collaborative Team Player: Thrives in team environments and fosters open communication.Effective and Persuasive Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.Adaptable and Open to Innovation: Embraces change, learns new technologies, and pivots strategies based on data and trends.Results-Driven with a Strong Work Ethic: Delivers high-quality work and achieves measurable outcomes.Integrity and Compliance-Focused: Prioritizes ethical standards and ensures alignment with compliance regulations.Data Analysis Proficiency: Ability to interpret marketing analytics and derive actionable insights.For more information, please contact Grant Van Schalkwyk.If you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists visit the 'Contact Us' page.R&D Partners is a leading life sciences recruiter focused on finding exceptional people and matching them with the finest positions across the globe.
