Position: Field Experience Manager Location: Basingstoke - Hybrid (2 days on-site) Client: Pharmaceutical Type: FTE – 12 months contract – 25-30 hours per week Main Responsibilities Lead and execute new employee onboarding and ongoing field training programs across the NE Hub. Develop and maintain high-quality, compliant onboarding and education materials. Coordinate yearly training and engagement events in partnership with strategic events and brand teams. Support new learners through their full onboarding and training journey. Manage learning plans and training platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors), including transitioning materials from legacy systems. Collaborate with HR, LSI Trainers, Brand Teams, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure aligned, compliant training content. Support development and rollout of new training modules and broader learning initiatives. Develop measurement plans to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Provide structured training support to Nordic affiliates and internal/external stakeholders. Main Requirements Experience in developing and managing training or onboarding programs, ideally in a commercial or field-based environment. Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication skills—capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders. Proactive problem-solver with ability to anticipate needs and drive solutions. Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally. Adaptable and open to new approaches and technologies. Results-focused with ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve processes.
