We care about where we source our materials from, the people we work with and the quality of everything we do.The RoleThe Head of Retail, Europe leads the retail business across key European markets while defining and implementing global retail standards across the brand. This role combines operational leadership and strategic excellence, ensuring consistent in‑store experience, training and performance worldwide.Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, this position drives sales, operational excellence and brand consistency across markets, while shaping best‑in‑class retail practices aligned with the brand’s values.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Customer FocusLead retail sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.Foster a client‑centric culture and ensure exceptional in‑store service.Regularly review store performance, presentation and brand compliance.Use data and KPIs to inform decisions and action plans.Work with Marketing and Merchandising on local initiatives, client outreach and store‑relevant product buys.Ensure strong visual merchandising execution and stay ahead of market trends.Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across the UK and Europe.Partner with HR on talent pipelines, recruitment and succession planning.Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.Business DevelopmentIdentify and assess new store opportunities in the region.Define and implement global retail standards across client experience, VM, training and operations.Create and roll‑out global retail training programmes and toolkits.Benchmark performance internationally and share best practices.Support global store openings, ensuring readiness in people, systems and training.Skills & ExperienceSenior retail leadership experience in luxury or premium fashion.Proven multi‑site management and retail excellence programme expertise.Strong commercial, strategic and operational capability.Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.Willingness to travel extensively.Personal AttributesInspirational, pragmatic leader with a global mindset.Passionate about luxury retail and client experience.Strategic, collaborative, culturally aware and results‑driven. xpwpeyx Reports toChief Executive OfficerLocationLondon, with regular travel across the UK, Europe and international markets.To apply, please send a copy of your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
