Modulr enables businesses, from SMEs to Enterprise, initially across the UK and Europe, to efficiently pay‑in, collect and disburse funds instantly via a range of payment schemes, accounts, and card products.SummaryAs Head of Supplier & Service Excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our payment platforms, driving service excellence, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of service delivery professionals, collaborating closely with product, operations, and technology teams to enhance service performance and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive service delivery strategy to ensure operational excellence across the Modulr ecosystem, including Modulr, its key suppliers, partners and payment schemes.Lead and manage supplier relationships, ensuring clear objectives, strong engagement, and high performance.Oversee the end‑to‑end management of suppliers and partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and enhancing service quality.Act as a key point of escalation for relationship or service‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly individual supplier owners, risk and compliance teams, ensuring alignment of service delivery with business needs.Implement metrics and reporting frameworks to track service performance and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with regulations on outsourcing, conduct and resilience, data security standards, and risk management best practices.Lead business incident management and ensure swift response to operational challenges affecting the Modulr ecosystems.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a senior service delivery or supplier management role within financial technology or payments.Strong understanding of supplier management, third‑party risk, resilience, and regulatory frameworks.Demonstrated ability to manage complex partnerships, drive efficiency, and improve service levels.Experience in leading regulatory projects, managing vendors, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, making data‑driven decisions to enhance service delivery.What can Modulr offer youShare Options – Company Share Option Plan (CSOP) giving you the opportunity to benefit from any increase in share value in the event of a sale, merger, or flotation.Bonus – Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.Flexible benefits – £1,000 to spend on benefits to suit you, including private medical insurance, gym membership, dental, etc.Wellbeing app – Confidential, on‑demand access to therapy, coaching, counselling, and mindfulness sessions.Holidays – 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off.Learning opportunities – Two‑day onboarding programme (ModStart) and ongoing development support.Company‑wide events – Participate in collaborative and engaging events with colleagues across the business.Bike to work / E‑bike schemeModInclusionAt Modulr, we are working hard to build a more positive, diverse and inclusive culture that helps everyone to feel they belong and can truly bring their whole self to work. xpwpeyx We actively welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
