You’ll be the driving force behind thumb‑stopping content, platform‑native ideas, and culturally resonant campaigns that spark conversation and drive engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to develop breakthrough social‑first ideas across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)Collaborate with strategy and media teams to ensure ideas are insight‑driven, audience‑relevant, and aligned with brand goals.Champion new formats, trends, and technologiesBuild strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the evolving social landscape and selling in bold creative ideas.Mentor and grow a team of social creatives, copywriters, designers, and content creators.Work closely with analytics and media teams to optimize content based on performance data and audience behaviour.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience leading social creative at a top‑tier agency or brandDeep understanding of platform behaviours, trends, and algorithmsStrong conceptual thinking and storytelling skillsA portfolio of standout social campaigns that drove real cultural impactAbility to pitch, present, and sell ideas with clarity and passionCollaborative spirit and a hunger to experimentExperience managing and mentoring creative teamsStrong, optimistic leader, with clear visionEvidence of brand platform work, high altitude strat thinkingConfident, articulate presenters, comfortable around clientsDemocratic manner, with ability to galvanise teams and inspire collective energyPassion for nurturing proactive creativity, inspiring work that is transformative, that aspires to push the needle and creative excellence at DCTenacious attitude, not afraid to lean inAppreciation for design, brand texture, brand systemsEvidence of tonal versatility through body of workModern thinker, savvy to the world todayAppetite to innovate and to utilise AI to elevate creative productHunger to inspire a ‘maker culture’Working with usJoining Dentsu Creative, you will be part of a creative network, delivering ideas at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce.
