seeking a Quality Team Lead to become the critical force in driving quality excellence for our complex manufacturing and engineering operations.This role is a key leadership position that places you at the intersection of technical quality standards and high-level customer interaction, offering unique exposure across aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors.You will be responsible for working across multiple Quality Management Systems (QMS), giving you the opportunity to broaden your expertise and technical perspective.## **Key Accountabilities**As the Quality Team Lead, your focus will be on leading and developing your engineering team and championing our quality standards:* Lead the Engineering Team: Provide effective leadership to the assigned Quality and/or Supplier Quality process staff, focusing on development, coaching, and succession planning to ensure your team reaches its full potential.* Drive Proactive Quality: Lead and drive quality excellence by partnering with functional leads to ensure quality capability meets or exceeds manufacturing requirements and standards.We need a professional who is proactive and constantly seeking out opportunities, not waiting for a list of tasks.* Master Stakeholder Interaction: Effectively communicate functional and organizational goals and quality concerns, while being comfortable and capable of managing difficult conversations with both internal teams and customers.* Manage Performance: Monitor and report quality performance and ensure applicable actions are acted upon and implemented when required.## We are looking for a quality-minded leader who is ready to grow.While a background in electronics is a plus, it is not a dealbreaker.We are explicitly expanding our search beyond traditional Quality titles
