You’re not only a technical expert but also a collaborative leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You have experience in several of the following areas:Core ExpertiseAdvanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field - or equivalent experience. Proven experience of applying Machine Learning in production, covering the full lifecycle: prototyping, training, serving, and monitoring. Strong foundation in advanced ML and data science concepts, with a proven ability to apply them in large-scale systems. Practical Software SkillsProficient with GCP data products (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub). Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD for ML workflows. Experience designing robust, scalable, and maintainable ML systems in collaboration with MLOps. Collaboration & LeadershipProven ability to lead cross-functional projects with accountability for delivery and quality. Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders - from game designers and product managers to data analysts - balancing technical depth with clear, outcome-focused communication. Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments, bringing clarity and direction amid ambiguity.
