Working alongside analysts, product managers, game designers, and AI/ML engineers, you’ll lead the design and implementation of ML systems that: Automate complex decision workflows. Personalize experiences for hundreds of millions of players. Reduce manual operational load while boosting impact and efficiency. Our mission? Skills To Create Thrills So, what about you? You’re not only a technical expert but also a collaborative leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You have experience in several of the following areas: Core Expertise Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field - or equivalent experience. Proven experience of applying Machine Learning in production, covering the full lifecycle: prototyping, training, serving, and monitoring. Strong foundation in advanced ML and data science concepts, with a proven ability to apply them in large-scale systems. Practical Software Skills Proficient with GCP data products (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub). Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD for ML workflows. Experience designing robust, scalable, and maintainable ML systems in collaboration with MLOps. Collaboration & Leadership Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with accountability for delivery and quality. Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders - from game designers and product managers to data analysts - balancing technical depth with clear, outcome-focused communication. Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments, bringing clarity and direction amid ambiguity.
