improve cash flow and financial health.Ensure flawless program execution by driving on‑time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints, particularly for high‑complexity electric power systems.Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to proactively address risks and resolve challenges in electric power system development and production.Champion the implementation and execution of the FLIGHT DECK operating system across all functions to drive lean principles and continuous improvement.Program / Product ManagementOversee a market‑driven product lifecycle of electric power distribution and control products, including market analysis, requirements definition, product development, launch, and end‑of‑life management.Drive innovation in power control systems, including advancements in intelligent load management, fault‑tolerant architectures, and high‑efficiency converters to maintain competitive advantage.Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and commercial teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs, such as improved power density, reliability, and compliance with aerospace standards.Serve as the primary executive interface for key customers, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and government agencies, building trust‑based relationships and ensuring alignment on technical and business objectives.Support complex contract negotiations, ensuring agreements drive long‑term partnerships and align with customer requirements.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of electric power system programs.Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance, strategic initiatives, and operational progress specific to electric power distribution and controls.Represent GE Aerospace in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership events to stay ahead of emerging trends in aerospace electrification and power systems.Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with engineering, sales, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of electric power system
