This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced lawyer to take the next step in their career with a firm that offers both exceptional client exposure and a collaborative, forward-thinking working environment.The RoleAs a Corporate lawyer within this team, you can expect to have a good blend of direct client contact and responsibility for your own smaller deals alongside working closely with senior lawyers on high-value and more complex matters.This role provides exposure to a diverse client base, including both private companies and PLCs in the UK and internationally. Although based in Leeds, the team has worked on multiple multijurisdictional deals, so you can expect cross-border transactions to be a key feature of this role.You’ll be encouraged to build long-term relationships with clients and to contribute to business development activities. Collaboration is central to the firm’s approach, and you will regularly work alongside other teams to share knowledge, expertise, and opportunities.This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that has consistently been one of the most active dealmakers in the region, with deals exceeding £100 million.
