As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented IT Project Manager to join our IT team and help drive business transformation.The Role As an IT Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of IT and business projects across Capital Law. You’ll ensure projects have clear outcomes, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. This role is pivotal in supporting stakeholders, managing risks, and improving our IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT and business projects from initiation to completion.Define project scope, create plans, and set goals and objectives.Conduct business analysis exercises to understand requirements.Manage project risks and maintain the risk register.Coordinate IT budgets and supplier relationships.Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure quality control.Communicate updates to stakeholders and the wider business.Support business continuity planning and testing.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in project management and business analysis.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.Hands-on approach with a basic understanding of IT systems.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.In return, we offer:Flexible workingYou will have the ability to work between home and the office as required.
