Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a diverse range of vendor contracts, such as SaaS agreements, consultancy arrangements, data provision contracts, HR services agreements, and data processing agreements. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigate legal risks, and align contract reviews with the strategic objectives of key internal stakeholders, including Procurement, IT, and Data Protection teams.In this role, you will act as a vital legal intermediary between the business and external counsel, overseeing engagements and managing budgets as needed.
