Designed for 18–24‑year‑olds, graduates, the unemployed, seasoned practitioners, and budding freelancers, the Creative Engine equips creative talent with cutting‑edge digital skills, enabling them to develop capabilities, access new career opportunities, and confidently launch freelance ventures.With an expected GVA of £300bn by 2030, the Creative Engine ensures talent development keeps pace with industry demand. Its place‑based model brings together government, industry, education, and community partners to create a sustainable pipeline of skilled, diverse, and future‑ready creative professionals. Building on its foundation in film, television, music, and video games, the division now offers training in social media marketing and creative advertising, addressing emerging fields where young people are pursuing new career pathways.Programmes cover film, television, music, video games, social media marketing, and creative advertising, with instruction in technologies such as Unreal Engine, Unity, artificial intelligence applications, virtual production, motion capture, animation, and advanced creative tools including Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Creative Cloud, and RunwayML. Learners also benefit from business support, personalised mentoring, and hands‑on experience through live client projects. Programmes are delivered flexibly in hybrid formats, enabling participants to develop skills alongside existing commitments.Job DescriptionWe are seeking Technical Instructors to join our professional and dynamic team within the Creative Engine division. The role involves designing and delivering training programmes that equip learners with skills in content creation, social media marketing, and creative advertising agencies. Proficiency with leading AI‑powered creative tools such as Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Creative Cloud, and RunwayML is essential. Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine and Virtual Production pipelines is highly preferred.This is a full‑time contract role open to UK‑based candidates. Some training delivery will take place on location in various UK facilities, including London, Lancashire, and Liverpool.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high‑quality, engaging training sessions on Unreal Engine for media production and AI fundamentals.Integrate industry practices, case studies, and emerging technologies into the curriculum.Support hands‑on learning by managing and troubleshooting lab environments.Provide timely feedback on learners’ activities and submissions.Administer LMS tasks: attendance, session recordings, participant registration, and resource management.Offer one‑to‑one and group support, providing technical guidance and mentorship.Monitor learner progress and performance to build confidence and competence.Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.Contribute to continuous improvement of course content and learning materials.Maintain consistency and high quality in course delivery.Participate in quality assurance processes through feedback and evaluation.SkillsMinimum of 1 year teaching experience in a similar role.Knowledge and experience in Unreal Engine, content creation, social media management, and AI tools.Ability to deliver engaging sessions remotely and in‑person.Curriculum design and content creation skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Project management experience.Excellent facilitation skills and strong stage presence.Passion for learning.Personal AttributesPassionate about developing talent across all backgrounds.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Committed to continuous learning and professional development.Self‑driven.Friendly but assertive.Excellent communication skills.Strong time management.Team‑player.Inquisitive. xpwpeyx Creative.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionInformation Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
