You’ll have experience managing facilities and teams, and you’ll be confident engaging with diverse stakeholders—from local schools and youth organisations to commercial partners—understanding the power of collaboration in driving social impact.You’ll be highly organised, adaptable and ready to roll up your sleeves to keep the Centre running at its best. Your communication skills will help you represent the Centre in the community, championing our values and ensuring every visitor feels welcome. If you’re motivated by making a difference and want to be at the heart of a thriving community hub, we’d love to hear from you.The RoleAs Centre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant community hub that transforms lives through sport and positive youth development. You’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Grade II* Listed Centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly— from compliance and facilities to front‑of‑house excellence.You’ll be the face of the Centre within the local community, forging strong partnerships with schools, charities, commercial stakeholders and Westminster Council.
