The RoleAs Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the centre, ensuring all members, visitors, and prospects experience a warm, professional, and well-maintained environment. Customer Service & Member ExperienceBuild a strong sense of community within the centreManage onboarding for new members (setup, invoicing, welcome process)Hold regular meetings with members to maintain satisfactionLead by example to ensure exceptional client careEnsure all services are correctly costed and invoicedSales & OccupancyConduct high-quality viewings and ensure the centre is always show-readyRespond to all enquiries promptly, managing details accurately in the CRMPrepare proposals and Licence AgreementsEngage actively with prospective clients to maximise occupancySupport yield uplifts and renewals to drive revenueMaintain awareness of local competitors and market conditionsAttend local networking events as neededOperations & FacilitiesOversee maintenance contracts and property worksLog and track jobs, escalating when neededMaintain strong knowledge of IT & Telecoms systemsEnsure all policies, procedures, and deadlines are metProtect security, access control, and asset safetyEnsure the centre is consistently clean, professional, and well-presentedTeam LeadershipMotivate and develop the team to meet business needsBudget & Financial ManagementIncluding renewals, negotiations, P&L and event budget.About YouYou will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate: Experience in sales, workspace management, serviced offices, or high-end hospitality in an assistant manager or higher-level role.Strong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation, time-management, and administrative abilityConfidence managing budgets, occupancy, and centre performanceAbility to lead, support, and motivate a teamStrong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)Ability to work independently and use initiativeFlexibility, resilience, and the ability to work under pressureProfessionalism, reliability, and great communicationWhat Youll GetA dynamic, supportive working environmentAutonomy to run a centre and build a thriving communityOpportunities for training, development, and progressionA varied role combining operations, sales, customer service, and leadershipHow to ApplyIf youre a confident, proactive Centre Manager looking for your next step within the flexible workspace sector,apply today with your CV.TPBN1_UKTJ
