They are growing rapidly and are looking to hire an experienced Legal Counsel for their team.DescriptionAs Legal Counsel, you will be:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including T&Cs, NDAs, supply agreements, transaction agreements.Collaborating with in‑house stakeholders (regulatory, engineering, supply chain) to structure deals that align with business objectives.Drafting legal documents, policies, procedures.ProfileThe successful Legal Counsel will be:Around 3/4 PQEHave experience drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contracts especially in manufacturingCommercially minded, pragmatic, confidentAble to influence stakeholder and build good relationshipsJob OfferSalary based on experience around £65 - 85k.Benefits include 12% bonus, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, 6% + 12% pension, 28 days AL plus bank holidays. xpwpeyx Hybrid working from Manchester office.#Manufacturing and Production#J-18808-Ljbffr
