This is a pivotal role supporting the UK business in providing legal guidance across a wide range of commercial activities.ResponsibilitiesSupporting bidding, negotiation, drafting, and dispute resolution in respect of major projects;Working with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate legal, commercial, and reputational risks;Supporting the delivery of training, templates, tools and practices across the UK;Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders on matters such as compliance, regulation, construction, IP, DP, M&A, procurement, real estate, litigation and employment.Person SpecificationYou will be a UK qualified lawyer with a Law degree or equivalent and 3+ years experience from a highly ranked law firm or in-house legal team.Your sound risk management, commercial acumen and your familiarity with UK corporate governance and documentation will show your collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.You will be a strong team player, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and to demonstrate effective persuasion and influencing skills.This new role stands out as a key position in this dynamic business, which will offer you great opportunities to learn, grow and expand your skillset to progress your career in a strong and proactive manner.Competitive in house salary and benefits and bonus are on offer.
