They empower traditional financial institutions and crypto-native companies worldwide with the tools they need to navigate the digital asset economy with confidence.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Position OverviewThey are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead their expansion across Europe.This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth building strategic relationships and managing complex high-value sales cycles from prospecting through close.As a core member of this fast-growing blockchain security company you will represent the company to leading institutional clients collaborating closely with the companys product marketing and partnership teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of the digital asset ecosystem.You are a proven hunter with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space preferably with hands-on experience in custody technology.MissionsLead sales efforts and revenue growth across EuropeGenerate and qualify pipeline through proactive outreach and multi-channel prospectingIdentify and engage institutional clients and strategic partnersOwn the full sales cycle from lead generation to closingDeliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer needs and requirementsRepresent the company at industry events conferences and meetingsMaintain high activity levels across outreach channels to ensure consistent pipeline coverageProfil5 7 years of experience in a senior sales role including direct responsibility for complex high-value dealsExtensive experience in enterprise sales ideally in crypto or fintechExperience in the blockchain or crypto space mustStrong understanding of blockchain digital assets and custody solutionsProven track record of closing complex deals and exceeding quotasExcellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skillsStrong technical understanding with the ability to bridge between product and business needsIndependent and self-driven able to operate solo in a territory with remote supportBased in London (with Right to Work) with a willingness to travel as neededA real plusExisting relationships with financial institutions banks or digital asset platforms in EuropeYou have sold blockchain products to banking clientsFamiliarity with the institutional crypto market landscapePrevious experience in building or scaling a new xpwpeyx territoryInformations contractuellesCompensation & Packagewill also include commission and bonus structureRecruitment process1 - 30min call with Recruiter / HR2 - 30min call the CRO3 - 45min - 1hour call with CEO : a presentation interview to showcase a demo of a complex technical product with a QA4 - 30mins - 45mins Technical Interview : will be sent an article on Bitcoin then you will be asked technical questions about it by the CTO5 - HR culture fit interview 30minsEducationBac+3 / 5Key SkillsBusiness Development,Sales Experience,Direct Sales,Marketing,SAAS,Hotel Experience,Management Experience,Revenue Management,Salesforce,Sales Management,Enterprise Sales,negotiationEmployment TypeFull TimeExperienceyearsVacancy1Monthly Salary130 - 150#J-18808-Ljbffr
