Implement wholesaler management best practices to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent delivery across regional markets. Lead and expand strategic sourcing initiatives, identifying new opportunities, supporting regional pilot programs, and deploying innovative strategies. Partner cross-functionally to align sourcing activities with broader business goals and operational targets. Oversee and streamline regional procurement processes, ensuring access to essential products and consolidated buying across markets. Analyse market trends and supplier performance to identify risks, mitigate supply chain challenges, and ensure continuity. Utilise financial modelling and data insights to guide procurement strategy and budgetary planning. Influence senior stakeholders by communicating strategy impact, sourcing outcomes, and innovation success stories.Key skills for the European Head of Strategic Procurement: Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives. Strong commercial acumen and experience in organizational planning and procurement optimization. Track record of cross-functional collaboration, both internally and with external supplier networks.
