Situated in a quiet residential area within the Morton area of Carlisle in Cumbria, the home provides residents with a peaceful environment, the home is surround by beautifully landscaped gardens and Chances Park. The home offers a supportive environment with 80 En-Suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge and dining areas. Our dedicated teams are hand selected through a rigorous recruitment process to ensure we meet the resident's individual care and social needs and provide an exceptional level of care, Eden Manor only employs permanent team members and has had 0 agency usage since opening in 2022. Eden Manor has a dedicated activities and well-being team who cover a 7 day period to provide engagement and socialisation to all who live in the home and the local community.We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring and motivated Head of Hospitality to join our team. To be responsible for organising the Hospitality Assistants and Care Assistants to enable the dining experience for our residents to be smooth and efficient at all times. You are responsible for dining room preparation, cleanliness and set up, for ensuring that the meals are served in a timely, presentable and in a correct manner. This role is an exciting role leading a team of Hospitality Assistants including rotas, training, supervisions.
