Trivandi is rapidly growing and requires a London‑based professional with global HR expertise to lead the People Team across London, Dubai and Riyadh. You will report to the Chief Culture Officer & Performance and will focus on mapping the journey from today to our future state, anticipating challenges and opportunities in a high‑growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy – Own, implement and report upon Trivandi’s Global People Strategy; Own and ensure quality of our compensation and benefits framework including benchmarking.Organisational Development – Define development strategies with the Leadership Team; foster high performance, continuous learning and open communication; lead initiatives to promote equality, diversity and inclusion; provide strategic People leadership through growth, restructuring, mergers or acquisitions.People Operations & Governance – Align People Operations infrastructure with growth; optimise HRIS, ATS and Freelancer Management System; ensure accurate and effective People compliance and employee relations in all jurisdictions; own People policy documentation; implement people analytics.Talent, Development & Culture – Develop and implement talent acquisition, retention and succession strategies; build employee value proposition; partner on learning and development strategy; embed Trivandi Career Pathway; own performance management; provide managerial support.Reward, Engagement and Communications – Devise reward strategies; design employee journey maps; lead internal communications; develop wellbeing programme; measure and report on engagement initiatives; lead submissions for external employer awards.Associate Network Leadership – Lead strategic plan for Trivandi Associate’s Network; partner with Business Unit leads.Key RelationshipsInternal: Chief of Culture & Performance, CEO and Chairman, Leadership Team, Service & Sector Leaders, People team.External: Investors, regulators, legal advisors, HR networks, industry partners.Personal Skills and ExperienceQualified to at least degree level in a relevant subject.Proven senior HR leadership (Director level).Experience shaping and delivering people strategies in complex, multi‑country organisations.Strong background in organisational design, cultural transformation, and leadership development.Commercial awareness and business decision experience.Proficient in MS Office and iOS applications.About YouExcellent team leadership skills with an open, friendly, supportive style.Willingness to have courageous conversations for optimal performance.Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills.Detail‑oriented, quality focus.Strong communication and presentation skills, empathetic across cultures.Resilient, problem‑solving and creative.Ability to handle shifting demands and thrive in dynamic environments.Self‑motivated, resourceful, loyal, and integrity‑driven.Alignment with our no‑gossip, no‑blame, solution‑orientated culture.Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic company.Travel overseas as required.Trivandi is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity. xpwpeyx We warmly welcome applications from anyone who meets the criteria described.#J-18808-Ljbffr
