The role is London‑based, reports to the Chief Culture Officer & Performance, and focuses on mapping our journey from today to a high‑growth, high‑performance future.About TrivandiTrivandi provides advisory, design and delivery services across sport, events, live entertainment and venues. Founded in 2013 from the success of the London 2012 Games, we have grown to over 100 specialists across four global offices in London, Dubai, Riyadh and Brisbane, delivering over 300 projects in 29 countries.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy – Own, implement and report upon the Global People Strategy, ensuring quality of compensation and benefits, including benchmarking.Organisational Development – Define and execute development strategies that support our growth plan, promote a culture of high performance, continuous learning, equality, diversity and inclusion, and lead change management and governance for M&As.People Operations & Governance – Align our People Operations infrastructure with growth, optimise HRIS, ATS and Freelancer Management System usage, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, manage policy design, and utilise analytics for workforce planning.Talent, Development & Culture – Drive talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, employee value proposition, learning & development strategy, performance management, and career pathways.Reward, Engagement and Communications – Design reward strategies, create employee journey maps, lead internal communications, implement wellbeing programmes, measure engagement, and manage external employer awards.Associate Network Leadership – Strategically develop the Trivandi Associates Network, partnering with Business Unit leads to empower project leaders.Key RelationshipsInternal: Chief of Culture & Performance, CEO & Chairman, Leadership Team, Service & Sector Leaders, People Team.External: Investors, regulators, legal advisors, HR networks, industry partners.Personal Skills & ExperienceDegree level qualification in a relevant subject.Senior HR leadership experience, ideally Director level or higher.Proven record delivering people strategies in multi‑country organisations.Strong background in organisational design, cultural transformation, and leadership development.Commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills.Proficient in MS Office and iOS applications.About YouExcellent team leadership and communication skills.Willingness to have courageous conversations and champion transparency.Detail‑oriented with a drive to deliver high‑quality outputs.Resilient, creative problem‑solver able to handle shifting demands.Self‑motivated, resourceful, loyal and display highest integrity.Aligned with a no‑gossip, no‑blame, solution‑oriented culture.Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.Travel overseas may be required.
