This unique role is designed for an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney. In this position, you will manage your own caseload and shape a dynamic team of legal experts while the firm continues to expand private client services.Responsibilities:Leading and developing the Private Client team while providing direction and mentorship.Managing a diverse range of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, and Probate.Delivering exceptional client care, ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently from inception to resolution.Supervising and supporting junior staff, including paralegals and assistants.Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients, agents, and colleagues.Expanding the team and enhancing the Private Client offerings to better serve the clients.Qualifications and attributes:STEP Qualification (or actively pursuing).At least 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a solid track record in managing complex private client matters.Extensive experience in wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney.A strong ambition to build and lead a team with a vision for departmental growth.Confidence in managing a caseload independently, supported by administrative staff.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to form and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.An enthusiastic, compassionate, and adaptable approach to client care.On offer:A competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £100,000, commensurate with experience.A leadership position with abundant opportunities for career progression and team growth.Hybrid working arrangements that promote a healthy work-life balance, combining both office and remote work.Ongoing training and professional development within a strong, supportive multi-office team.A generous benefits package, including 28 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays and the Christmas/New Year period.A bonus structure that allows team members to participate in the firm's success and growth. xpwpeyx LLP membership opportunities for the successful candidate, paving the way for potential partnership.For more details, please apply or get in touch with Mo Ahmed on Seniority level: Mid-Senior level | Employment type: Full-time | Job function: Legal | Industries: Legal Services, Law Practice, and Law Enforcement#J-18808-Ljbffr
