We are excited to recruit for full-time and part-time Customer Care Representatives to join our team at Oakhouse Foods (part of Pilgrim's Europe) to support us on a fix term contract for a 3-month busy period.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environmentJob Title : Customer Care RepresentativeLocation : Chippenham (Oakhouse Foods)Job Type : Fix-Term Contract - 37.5 hours per week or 25 hours per weekPay : £12.21 per hour (paid monthly)Immediate Start AvailabilityKey Responsibilities :Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiriesYou may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional mannerBeing able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient serviceWorking as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.You will need:to be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customersa clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.Many of our customers are older people, so you will need to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skillsto have attention to details, patience, accuracy, ability to meet sales goals and data entry skills are required.to be IT literate with Microsoft word & excel skills, although not essential.Working knowledge of SAP system would be an added advantage.Benefits at working for Pilgrim's Europe/Oakhouse Foods:full training providedgreat career progression as part of a growing business with over 40 sites across UK and Europediscounted or free foodon-site parkinggreat holiday entitlementand many moreIf you are looking to start your Sales career, this is the job for you Apply today and be part of our growing business that performs an invaluable service to local communitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
