As a responsible asset manager, we actively invest for the long-term to help our clients, our people and the world to prosper.As a future Global Marketing Manager – Retail & Wholesale (12 Month FTC), you will report to our Global Head of Marketing - Core, and you will be part of AXA IM Core.ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for creating, executing and measuring the marketing plan for the retail & wholesale segment at a global level, working closely with sales, investments teams and local marketing teams.Be responsible for the development and delivery of cross-border strategic and tactical campaigns working closely with our colleagues at BNPP AM - this will include setting objectives as well as developing the campaign messaging framework, delivering the customer journey and marketing plan, gathering requirements from local markets, briefing and project managing the delivery of all initiatives across a broad range of media including advertising, content partnerships, emails, content, web, videos, events, roadshows, direct marketing, PR etc.Take overall responsibility for providing support on co-marketing and account-based marketing initiatives to build awareness, engagement and consideration with key clients.Contribute to the development and implementation of a number of global and local marketing projects as required, this will include helping to define key marketing objectives, developing and executing plan of activities and measuring success. In particular this role will be responsible for project managing the rebranding from AXA IM to BNPP AM working closely with the different marketing teams.Manage agency relationships as required specifically on production elements which relate to email marketing, industry event/media providers.Measure the impact and success of marketing programmes and contribute to the Global Marketing reporting on cross-market and segment campaigns.Responsibility for managing, monitoring and tracking the global central core marketing budget vs actual spend.Be a proactive member of the global marketing & communications community, actively participating and sharing best practice.QualificationsStrong experience in marketing and communications within the asset management sector, with sound knowledge of the retail and wholesale segment.In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry and strong understanding of clients’ needs.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to take ownership of projects, manage stakeholders’ communications and deliver within budget and on timelines.Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects with demanding schedules.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with different teams and people (investment teams, product managers and other business partners) to capture ideas and extract relevant and timely information.Able to demonstrate credibility and inspire confidence.Be a proactive, dynamic and highly client-focused self-starter.Proven ability and confidence in presenting.Able to work independently yet as a proven team player.Able to proactively come up with ideas for marketing as well as take direction when ideas are not originated by the candidate.Able to work within a matrix organisation with numerous stakeholders.Italian/French/German languages an advantage but not essential.Degree educated preferably with a relevant marketing qualification.What We OfferThis new scale gives us a stronger voice in the industry, especially around sustainability leadership, where both AXA IM and BNPP AM rank in the global top 5 (Share Action).By uniting two established firms, we offer employees the opportunity to be part of a purpose-led organisation with a long-term strategic outlook and strong group backing.A unified vision for a leading European asset manager with €1.5 trillion in assets, fostering a culture of fairness and inclusion.A global platform delivering tailored investment solutions with a client-focused approach.Utilizing emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and foster creativity.Embedding sustainability in operations with a commitment to responsible investment. xpwpeyx Merging two client-centric cultures focused on performance, collaboration, and diversity.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at AXA Investment Managers by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
