Together you’ll ensure every piece of technology we deliver meets user needs, adds value and supports our strategic goals.What skills and experience do you needYou’ll be an experienced and inclusive technology leader with a strong track record of delivering digital solutions that improve how people work and live. You’ll bring a solid understanding of user‑centred design, agile delivery and enterprise architecture, alongside proven experience in leading teams and managing change.Strong communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills are key, as is the confidence to collaborate across teams and manage complex projects effectively. You’ll hold a degree in a relevant field and be committed to ongoing professional development. Most importantly you’ll be passionate about creating technology that is accessible, inclusive and genuinely improves people’s experiences.Pay and BenefitsTime off and Flexibility26 days holiday plus Bank holidays, rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.Predominantly Monday to Friday with the option to request a compressed 9‑day fortnight.Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks.Paternity Leave: 3 weeks.Hybrid Working: Your base will be the nearest head office – Newport, Cardiff or Swansea. Regular team meetups in Newport are part of the role.Money and PensionsThis is a permanent role for 37 hours per week.
