This is a part‑time position (2–3 days per week), ideal for an experienced property lawyer who enjoys knowledge development, training, and supporting best‑in‑class client service through excellence in legal resources and internal education.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage internal legal knowledge platforms, including online property resourcesCapture and curate valuable know‑how from fee earners, implementing ongoing procedures to systematise knowledge sharingEnsure up‑to‑date and practical guidance is easily accessible across the teamDraft, introduce, and regularly update legal precedents, style templates, manuals, and guidesProactively source new styles and keep documentation aligned with legal and commercial developmentsContribute to and support internal training across the property divisionHelp prepare and deliver sessions for solicitors, trainees, and paralegalsAssist in testing and implementing automated document solutionsSupport the setup and maintenance of client‑facing online legal toolsCollaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery through tech‑enabled resourcesLiaise with business development and marketing teams to assist in content generationCoordinate and edit website content; promote internal article writing and knowledge sharingAbout YouA qualified property lawyer with relevant experience in Scottish commercial real estateStrong drafting skills and a passion for knowledge sharing, process improvement, and trainingConfident in managing legal content and supporting online systems and toolsSelf‑motivated and organised, with excellent communication and collaboration skillsThis role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition away from full‑time fee‑earning while continuing to work at a strategic and impactful level within a high‑performing real estate team.To apply for this role, please send your CV or contact Emma Pringle at Iconic Resourcing for a confidential chat and further details.
