Your work will always impact client services, so providing high quality research is key to being successful in this role. Your main duties will include:Keeping up to date on market trends and research.Controlling online content and business development material for the department's online presenceWork collaboratively with your team to move forward and strategise on the best methods to win and retain clientsAccount management for all clients, making sure team members are aware of any updates. Supporting the creation and execution of technical property contractsWorking to train all members of the department, equipping them to manage changing requirements in the property industry. Be a point of contact for the business development team, generating new ideas and gathering those from colleagues within your team.
