You will oversee programme delivery teams, optimise processes, and ensure that learners have a smooth, supported journey from enrolment through to successful outcomes. The role requires strong operational oversight, excellent stakeholder management, and a commitment to continuously improving delivery systems and learner experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement high quality, timely and efficient processes to support the operational delivery of programmesOversee and manage delivery teams including programme coordinators, facilitators and mentors. Act as an escalation point for complex programme challenges to ensure timely resolution and strong learner outcomesCollaborate closely with learner support teams to ensure support for programmes is effective and consistently improvingCoordinate facilitators and mentors, ensuring administrative and delivery tasks are well managed and aligned to programme objectivesSupport recruitment, onboarding and development of facilitators, contributing to high engagement and retentionAnalyse course and programme data to inform operational improvements and delivery decisionsWork across internal teams and external partnerships to enable aligned, successful programme deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support programme success and ongoing partnership retentionEngage with education and industry partners to understand success enablers and feed insights into continuous improvementLiaise with partner stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and effectivelyUse learner, facilitator and partner insights to develop scalable systems, processes and delivery assetsRepresent programme and partner needs in organisational planning, meetings and operational reviewsLead a portfolio of delivery projects, providing updates and demonstrating measurable impactCoordinate communications across delivery teams when rolling out new processes or project outputsRequirementsDemonstrated experience in programme delivery or course management within a higher education or online learning environmentManagerial experience overseeing teams delivering education or student servicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisionsExperience resolving complex issues within learner support, delivery or student-facing operationsAbility to identify, prioritise and manage operational riskExperience supporting mentoring, coaching or student success programmesSensitivity and empathetic understanding of diverse learner and stakeholder needsAbility to lead through ambiguity with a solutions oriented mindsetExperience in community management or service design within an education or skills development contextAbility to balance learner experience with commercial and operational constraintsBenefitsCollaborative, people centred performance cultureOpportunities to grow in a fast paced environmentSupportive environment that values continuous improvement and shared learningOur Recruitment ProcessApplication Submission: Complete the online form and answer brief application questions.Initial Screening: Your application is reviewed for role alignment; successful candidates move to the longlist.Video Interview Stage: You will be invited to record short responses to 3 to 4 role specific questions.Live Interviews: Shortlisted candidates join first round interviews and, where applicable, further rounds depending on the role.Final Shortlist and Verification: Reference and background checks are completed.Offer and Contracting: Successful candidates receive formal offers and contract documents. xpwpeyx Pre boarding and Onboarding: Once accepted, you will complete a pre boarding process before officially joining your employing organisation within the Employer Group.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEducationIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
