You will oversee programme delivery teams, optimise processes, and ensure that learners have a smooth, supported journey from enrolment through to successful outcomes. The role requires strong operational oversight, excellent stakeholder management, and a commitment to continuously improving delivery systems and learner experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement high quality, timely and efficient processes to support the operational delivery of programmesOversee and manage delivery teams including programme coordinators, facilitators and mentors.
