We are seeking a Compliance Business Partner to join a collaborative and high-performing Compliance team within a market leading Financial Services business.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.This role is key in providing clear, timely, and practical regulatory advice to the business, helping to ensure regulatory obligations are met while supporting strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the ongoing embedding of the Consumer Duty across the business.Provide practical compliance advice that balances regulatory requirements with business goals.Review and interpret regulatory and strategic developments, assessing impact on the business.Build strong relationships across internal teams and represent the Compliance function in projects and meetings.Support Product Governance activities, helping maintain and evolve the framework.Review and oversee financial promotions and customer communications.Deliver awareness initiatives via training, regulatory updates, and e-learning contributions.Represent the organisation in relevant external industry forums.Assist with reporting and MI for governance committees.Provide operational support on CASS oversight and vulnerable customer processes.Skills & Experience RequiredPrevious compliance experience in an FCA-regulated firm, ideally within platforms, financial advice, or asset management.Strong working knowledge of the FCA Handbook, particularly COBS, COLL, and Consumer Duty.Degree and / or relevant professional qualification preferred.Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage complex tasks independently.Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret regulation and communicate it effectively.Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, written and verbal. xpwpeyx A collaborative team player with the tenacity to challenge and support the business constructively.What We OfferFlexible hybrid workingExposure to a wide range of compliance and regulatory responsibilitiesOpportunities for professional development within a supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
