This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on quality and compliance across a portfolio of high‑standard residential and nursing homes in Scotland and England.With six established care homes and further growth planned this provider is committed to delivering exceptional person‑centred care in welcoming homely settings where residents can live fulfilling lives.About The RoleAs Head of Quality you’ll be responsible for supporting and enhancing the delivery of care quality and regulatory compliance across all services. Working closely with the Owners and Regional Director you’ll provide hands‑on support to care home teams identifying areas for improvement and ensuring services meet all relevant standards.Manage and Coordinate Clinical Audits Within the ServicesResponsible for the continuing development and promotion of a proactive quality assurance framework across the companyMaintain awareness of policy and recommendations from the Department of Health NICE CQC CI and other national and local advisorsBe responsible for setting up all quality matters for any new servicesPlan, develop and evaluate methods and processes for gathering, analysing, interpreting and presenting a Performance and Quality Improvement PlanEnsure the production of regular reports and information to the senior management team identifying potential risks and any actions that may need to be takenMonitor regulator quality ratings and assessments.
