OverviewTo work as a clinician within the wheelchair service as an autonomous practitioner (under the guidance of a senior clinician) for the assessment and prescription of wheelchairs and associated equipment to service users covering the whole of Dorset.Along with the main duties indicated above, you will also be required to collect, document accurate and contemporaneous information in line with professional, legal and local requirements.
