Job Overview Our Complex Care Support Workers help clients improve well‑being by enabling them to use their strengths. This position is based in East Grinstead, part‑time with additional hours in school holidays. Term time: 5 hours per day Monday–Friday and 9pm to 9am Friday–Sunday. School holidays: day and night (full time). Responsibilities Support clients to engage in community‑based activities as part of their personal development and progression. Provide complex care support in a home setting while maintaining clear professional boundaries. Qualifications 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker. Experience supporting children or young adults with ASD and other physical complex care needs a plus. Flexibility, maturity, independence and high professional standards. Commitment to delivering client‑specific care and an adaptable approach to support client and family members. Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car. Benefits Competitive pay – £15 per hour. Paid induction and CPD support.
