**Female Support Workers - Autism & Complex Care (Drivers Only)**

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time
**Salary**: Competitive pay (dependent on experience)
**Location**: East Grinstead

We are currently looking for **experienced female support workers** to support individuals with **autism and complex care needs**. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about helping others live safely and independently.

**Requirements**:

- Female applicants only (exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
- Must be a **driver with a full UK driving licence**:

- Experience supporting individuals with **autism** and/or **complex needs**:

- Reliable, caring, and patient personality

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting service users with day-to-day tasks at home and in the community
- Helping with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Encouraging independence and emotional well-being
- Working as part of a team to provide consistent, person-centred care

Pay: £14.50-£18.00 per hour
