Management Accountant role at ACCA Careers Join a thriving industrial/manufacturing organization in Edinburgh / Fife where robust financial operations support impactful results. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and analysis to support decision‑making. Manage budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee cost control measures and identify opportunities for efficiencies. Support the preparation of statutory accounts and compliance reporting. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and guidance. Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes. IFRS15 Revenue Recognition knowledge would be advantageous. Qualifications & Profile Qualified Accountant / Newly Qualified Accountant Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills Strong numeric and analytical skills Ability to understand and manipulate data, including strong Excel ability Ability to present clear and concise financial messages Solid accounting technical skills Ability to build good stakeholder relationships across the organization Any experience in a similar Engineering/Projects environment would be an advantage Benefits Generous holiday allowance.
