Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Wolverhampton, with the option for part‑time remote work. As a Sales Representative for Surgical Equipment, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers while promoting our portfolio of surgical and dental instruments. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying potential clients, pitching products, participating in product demonstrations in clinical environments, and providing customer service to address client needs or inquiries. You will also collaborate closely with sales operations teams to deliver exceptional service and meet company sales goals. Qualifications Experience in Medical Sales and Sales Operations Knowledge of surgical procedures and workflows, particularly in Operating Room or Surgery settings Proven skills in Sales and business development, with the ability to meet or exceed targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster relationships with healthcare professionals Self‑motivated with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities Background in medical devices or healthcare sales preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Knowledge of the dental or surgical instruments industry is advantageous Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
