Job Overview We are looking for skilled and motivated clinicians (Nurse, OT, Social Worker) to join the new Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service (MHCAS) at Lakeside Mental Health Unit in Hounslow. As a Band 6 MHCAS Clinician you will deliver rapid assessments, crisis interventions and risk management for people in mental health crisis. You will make autonomous decisions on admission and discharge, coordinate shifts and support junior staff, ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient‑centred care. Key Responsibilities Deliver rapid assessments and crisis interventions for individuals in mental health crisis. Conduct risk assessment and manage patient care and discharge planning. Make autonomous admission and discharge decisions. Coordinate shift handovers and support junior staff. Provide compassionate, patient‑centred care in a fast‑paced multidisciplinary environment. Qualifications & Experience Experience in acute, crisis, liaison or community mental health care. Strong clinical and risk assessment skills.
