Job Description As a Band 6 MHCAS Clinician, you’ll play a key role in delivering rapid assessments, crisis interventions, and risk management for people in mental health crisis. You’ll make autonomous decisions on admission and discharge, coordinate shifts, and support junior staff — ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient‑centred care. Qualifications and Experience Experience in acute, crisis, liaison, or community mental health care. Strong clinical and risk assessment skills.
