An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to join our friendly and progressive Ophthalmology Department and Ophthalmology Theatres at Wye Valley NHS Trust.As a Band 6 Junior Sister, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Sister in leading, developing, and coordinating a multidisciplinary team across both outpatient and theatre environments. You will provide visible leadership, ensure high standards of patient care, and promote a culture that reflects our Trust values and the Wye Valley Leadership Charter -- putting people first, working together, striving for excellence, and showing compassion, accountability, respect, and improvement in everything we do.This is a varied and rewarding role that blends clinical expertise with team leadership and service development.
