We are currently recruiting for experienced and newly qualified ODPs/Theatre Nurses within our Theatre team. We would love to tell you about our team and our culture. Our area is committed to providing a high standard of patient care over two sites (Scarborough & Bridlington), covering a variety of specialities, including: Maxillofacial, ENT, Gynaecology, Urology, Upper GI, Orthopaedics as well as Acute & Trauma. You do not need any additional qualifications to be eligible for this post, but hold passion, enthusiasm and commitment to provide patient centred care. A positive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research evidence. A willingness to supervise and teach junior staff and colleagues and share learning through clinical supervision. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for patients, ensuring accurate written records are kept. Communicate with patients and carers to ensure they have access to appropriate information. Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in the care of the patient. Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct. Undertake duties on different wards/departments as and when required by service demands. Demonstrate personal responsibility for compliance with infection control policies and procedures. Education and Training.
