Head Coach – At Everlast Gyms you’ll lead the fitness product in your gym, motivating members and coaching a team of Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers. Responsibilities Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador, demonstrating our elevated ways of working. Lead fitness products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training, ensuring high-quality delivery. Drive engagement in national initiatives (#WorkoutWednesday) and in‑gym challenges. Advocate member onboarding programmes, especially MOVE, training others to build team confidence. Own REDEFINE: drive sales, cohort participation, and member results. Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, providing constructive feedback. Manage group training timetables and monitor performance against KPIs. Drive new member sales and retention, maximising revenue opportunities across personal training, memberships, and secondary spend. Deliver on‑shift classes and personal training sessions to company standards. Lead by example across all areas of the gym, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations. Qualifications Passionate health, fitness, and wellness advocate. Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified and a CIMSPA Practitioner. Skilled and experienced in delivering personal training and a variety of group training modalities. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team. Up‑to‑date with industry trends and fitness innovations. Adaptable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Solutions‑driven, ambitious, and always looking to develop yourself and others.
