Join our Global Events team to support the planning, execution, and measurement of industry sponsorships and client‑facing events.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end‑to‑end event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, AV/production, catering, shipping, registration, and travel arrangements.Track budgets, process invoices, and support negotiations to deliver cost‑effective events while maintaining quality.Manage event platforms (e.g., registration tools, mobile apps), track attendee engagement, and ensure a seamless user experience.Serve as the primary onsite contact for events, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a professional brand presence.Support post‑event analysis, gather feedback, and report ROI/impact to stakeholders.Contribute to the development of event playbooks, checklists, and scalable best practices to drive efficiency.QualificationsSeveral years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or a related field (B2B or financial services experience preferred).Strong project‑management skills, juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues.Proficiency with event tech platforms (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Workfront, ON24) and Microsoft Office.Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits & RewardsBNY offers competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs, including flexible leave, paid volunteer time, and a pay‑for‑performance philosophy.BNY is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer – Underrepresented racial and ethnic groups/Females/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
