Join us at Baker Perkins, where we push boundaries in the food industry.SENIOR CONTROLS ENGINEERJob PurposeTo design, test, commission, electrical control systems for Baker Perkins machinery, meeting contractual/customer requirements within time and budget restraints.Main DutiesDesign our control panels, using our standard or designing from scratchSpecify and issue electrical hardware parts lists according to contract specifications, specify technical requirements for bought out equipmentDevelop and produce PLC and HMI software (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi…)Produce machine functional specifications and test specificationsTest equipment in our factory / test centreHelp the Commissioning Engineers, traveling to customer sitesPropose permanent technical assistance in pre-sale and post-saleHelp research and develop new productsCandidate ProfileBackground and/or experience in Industrial Electrical Engineering, at an equipment builder, if possibleProfessional experience (or apprenticeship) in control panel designExperience of programming PLC systems and HMI softwareAbility and pleasure to travel around the world for some weeks per yearKnow how to take initiativeSolution-driven and customer-oriented sensibilityTeam spirit and sense of commitmentWe are able to teach you the different aspects of our expertise and integrate you quickly into our team of passionate.
