Job Purpose To design, test, commission, and electrical control systems for Baker Perkins machinery within time and budget restraints. Main Duties Design control panels, using standard panels or designing from scratch. Specify and issue electrical hardware parts lists according to contract specifications, including technical requirements for purchased equipment. Develop and produce PLC and HMI software (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi…). Produce machine functional specifications and test specifications. Test equipment in our factory/test centre. Assist Commissioning Engineers by traveling to customer sites. Provide permanent technical assistance in pre‑sale and post‑sale. Help research and develop new products. Candidate Profile Background/experience in Industrial Electrical Engineering, preferably at an equipment builder. Professional experience or apprenticeship in control panel design. Experience programming PLC systems and HMI software. Willingness to travel abroad for several weeks per year. Ability to take initiative. Solution‑driven and customer‑oriented mindset.
