Bid Manager – Construction Project Bids (UK) Are you an experienced Bid Manager ready to drive success on some of the UK's most exciting construction projects? Do you have the strategic vision and leadership skills to coordinate complex bid submissions and position your organisation for winning outcomes? We are supporting our client and seeking an experienced and talented Bid Manager to oversee bids at all stages for construction contracts across a diverse range of sectors. You'll manage and coordinate input from your bid team of construction professionals to create and present high-quality bidding documents. You'll be responsible for submitting completed bids to existing and prospective customers, developing strategy with your bid team around cost, programme and logistics, while ensuring every question is answered comprehensively. Your focus will be on positioning your organisation with the best possible chance of success. Leading and managing the PCSA stage of projects through to final contract agreement, you'll establish winning strategies, implement writing plans for quality lead bids, and coordinate the handover to delivery teams. You'll leverage your understanding of the overall business to project benefits to customers through compelling proposals, whilst delivering commercial, programme and risk management strategies. Who are you? You will be educated to HND and/or degree level, with a proven track record of winning profitable work in pre‑construction environments. Your experience should include a strong understanding of design and tendering processes, along with excellent management of the PCSA period. You have the ability to research projects and clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of key drivers and effectively communicating your organisation's differentiators and approach. You are competent across multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
